Leo J. Wolfe, Sr. – President, Project Manager

As a 1975 apprenticeship “graduate” of Local #47, Leo J. Wolfe, Sr. has grown in his craft over the past thirty plus years. He holds numerous professional certifications, including:

• Master Plumber
• Certified Carrier Air Conditioning Specialist
• Weil-McLain High Efficiency Boiler Specialist

Leo also routinely attends seminars, conferences and workshops to remain fully informed on the state-of-the-art technological developments in the fast paced mechanical contracting industry. Programs attended include:

• York Air Conditioning Controls & Circuitry
• RSES Electrical Heat Pump Installation & Service Training Course
• CCBC Financial Management in the Small Business
• RSES Pneumatics Controls Workshop

Leo J. Wolfe, Jr. – Vice President, Project Manager/Estimator

After eight years of employment with Reno Bros., Inc., and Local #47 membership as a metal tradesman, Mr. Wolfe completed the five year apprenticeship training program with Local #47 1998.

With a solid background in the Commercial and Industrial Plumbing, Piping and HVAC areas, Mr. Wolfe’s continued pursuit of professional education opportunities gives him the ability to serve our customers in an outstanding, competitive manner. For instance, in May 2009, Mr. Wolfe became a certified LEED AP.

Lonnie Sproull – Project Manager/Estimator

Since beginning his Reno Bros., Inc. career as a residential installer in 1979 (he earned Local #47 membership the same year) Mr. Sproull has risen to become a journeyman, a foreman and Project Manager. Along with his estimating duties, he also handles all residential estimating.

A man dedicated to his craft, Lonnie continues to improve his knowledge by attending industry conferences on a regular basis.

Jack Gall – Project Manager

With more than 3 decades of HVAC and Plumbing industry experience, coordinates multiple prime HVAC and Plumbing projects for health care, institutional and industrial facilities. His understanding of each client’s unique needs means that Mr. Gall is able to offer economic and technical alternatives for HVAC and Plumbing systems issue resolutions.

Jack has been with Reno Bros, Inc. since 2006. The firm benefits from his experienced, insightful ideas and coordination techniques that apply to all projects regardless of size or application. His interaction with Architects and Mechanical Engineers has broadened his ability to provide design build and value engineering concepts for both developers and private projects.

Mr. Gall continues to attend seminars and classes provided by our various suppliers and learning institutions in order to keep up with the latest technology in the HVAC and Plumbing industry.

Michael Colalella – Service Manager, Temperature Controls Estimator

After graduating from Beaver County Vo-Tech with a concentration in Plumbing and Heating Applications and the Technician Training School for HVAC, Mr. Colalella joined Reno Bros., Inc. in 1986.

Michael is a member of Local #47 and his technical understanding and expertise in commercial refrigeration, building and system controls, light to heavy air conditioners and chillers, plus commercial steam and hot water boilers, has enabled him to advance from Service Technician to Service Manager and Temperature Controls Estimator.

Mr. Colalella’s continuing professional education and certifications include:

• Air and Water Balancing, Carrier
• VVT and Advanced VVT Training

LuAnn Barkey – Office Manager, Safety Director

Beginning in 1998 as a receptionist, Ms. Barkey quickly became familiar with the day-to-day operations of Reno Bros., Inc. and moved up to Office Manager the following year. Today, LuAnn is a major contributor in the company’s business operation success.

LuAnn’s duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

• contract documents
• payroll and taxes
• overseeing office personnel
• conducting quarterly safety meetings
• setting up training for field employees through contact with Local 47
• attending Safety Conferences through MCAA
• dealing one on one with insurance and bonding company
• preparing all bid documents
• coordinating with Linc Service for training of service employees
