After eight years of employment with Reno Bros., Inc., and Local #47 membership as a metal tradesman, Mr. Wolfe completed the five year apprenticeship training program with Local #47 1998.
With a solid background in the Commercial and Industrial Plumbing, Piping and HVAC areas, Mr. Wolfe’s continued pursuit of professional education opportunities gives him the ability to serve our customers in an outstanding, competitive manner. For instance, in May 2009, Mr. Wolfe became a certified LEED AP.
Since beginning his Reno Bros., Inc. career as a residential installer in 1979 (he earned Local #47 membership the same year) Mr. Sproull has risen to become a journeyman, a foreman and Project Manager. Along with his estimating duties, he also handles all residential estimating.
A man dedicated to his craft, Lonnie continues to improve his knowledge by attending industry conferences on a regular basis.
With more than 3 decades of HVAC and Plumbing industry experience, coordinates multiple prime HVAC and Plumbing projects for health care, institutional and industrial facilities. His understanding of each client’s unique needs means that Mr. Gall is able to offer economic and technical alternatives for HVAC and Plumbing systems issue resolutions.
Jack has been with Reno Bros, Inc. since 2006. The firm benefits from his experienced, insightful ideas and coordination techniques that apply to all projects regardless of size or application. His interaction with Architects and Mechanical Engineers has broadened his ability to provide design build and value engineering concepts for both developers and private projects.
Mr. Gall continues to attend seminars and classes provided by our various suppliers and learning institutions in order to keep up with the latest technology in the HVAC and Plumbing industry.
After graduating from Beaver County Vo-Tech with a concentration in Plumbing and Heating Applications and the Technician Training School for HVAC, Mr. Colalella joined Reno Bros., Inc. in 1986.
Michael is a member of Local #47 and his technical understanding and expertise in commercial refrigeration, building and system controls, light to heavy air conditioners and chillers, plus commercial steam and hot water boilers, has enabled him to advance from Service Technician to Service Manager and Temperature Controls Estimator.

Beginning in 1998 as a receptionist, Ms. Barkey quickly became familiar with the day-to-day operations of Reno Bros., Inc. and moved up to Office Manager the following year. Today, LuAnn is a major contributor in the company’s business operation success.
